Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and TODO_LEGAL: legal entity name ("buy3", "we", "us"), a company registered at TODO_LEGAL: registered address, governing your use of the buy3 website and platform — the agent portal, the agency portal, the insurance portal and everything they connect to. By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an agency or company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure — we recommend enabling two-factor authentication — and for everything done under your account. Agencies control access through roles (owner, admin, agent); the account owner is responsible for the people they invite and the permissions they grant, including across sub-agencies in their hierarchy.

2. The free agent tier

The agent portal is free — no subscription fee, no time limit. Usage-based items are separate: dedicated phone numbers and similar pay-as-you-go services are billed through your wallet at the prices shown when you buy them. We may add to or adjust what the free tier includes, with notice for any change that removes a capability you rely on.

3. Paid plans and the 3-day trial

Agency plans are Silver partner ($0 USD/month), Gold partner ($99 USD/month) and Platinum partner ($149 USD/month), all in US dollars and exclusive of tax. Plans differ in agent seats, how many sub-agencies you may create and how deep your organisation may go, and in whether the live board is included. Silver partner includes no live board. Silver partner is limited to one level of sub-agency. The white-label and custom-domain add-on is $200 USD/month on any paid tier and is billed as an additional item on the same subscription. The Inbound Calling add-on is $49 USD/month on any paid tier, billed the same way. It entitles you to publish your own phone numbers and route calls on them to your own agents; the numbers themselves and the carrier usage on those calls are charged to your wallet separately, under section 5.

Paid plans start with a 3-day free trial, once per account, that requires no card and takes no payment — the trial runs entirely inside buy3 and no payment provider is involved until you choose to subscribe. The trial converts to a paid subscription only if you add a payment method before it ends; if you do not, nothing is charged and access to paid features pauses — your data stays where it is, and subscribing later picks up where you left off. Subscriptions bill monthly in advance and you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which gives you 14 days from any charge to ask for your money back, and by any statutory right you have where you live.

4. Who you are buying from

You are buying from TODO_LEGAL: legal entity name directly. There is no reseller: your contract for every charge — subscriptions, wallet deposits and everything billed against a wallet — is with us, under these terms, and we issue your invoice.

Card payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe, Inc., which handles the card details and moves the money. Stripe is not a party to this agreement and you do not contract with it. Our name appears on your card or bank statement.

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax. Depending on where you are based you may owe sales tax, VAT or GST on this purchase; that is not collected at checkout and remains your responsibility.

Wallet deposits, the deposit processing fee, agency grants and reclaims, and payouts are covered by sections 5 and 9 below.

5. Fees and wallets

  • buy3 charges a processing fee on every deposit into a wallet: 5% on the free agent portal, 6% on Silver partner, 5% on Gold partner and 4% on Platinum partner. The fee is deducted from the deposit, so the wallet is credited with the remainder, and both figures are recorded on the ledger. buy3 takes no percentage of your campaign earnings.
  • Telephony usage — the carrier cost of calls you place or receive and messages you send — is billed to your wallet after each call or message ends, at the rate published in your dashboard at the time. Each charge is a single ledger entry naming the call it belongs to. Where a call is billable under a campaign, the campaign price is charged once, in full, as one entry; what we pay a publisher out of it is our own movement and is not charged to you separately.
  • Wallet balances are bookkeeping entries on buy3's ledger, held in whole cents. They are not bank deposits, earn no interest and are not insured.
  • Agencies may grant funds to, and reclaim funds from, their agents' wallets; those movements are between the agency and its agents, and both sides can see them in the ledger.
  • Prices exclude taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your use of the platform or your earnings on it.

6. Acceptable use

buy3 is built for real inbound calling. You must not use it for robocalls, spam calls or texts, artificially generated traffic, caller-ID spoofing, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for your own compliance with telemarketing and privacy law wherever you operate, including the TCPA, Do-Not-Call registries, and call-recording consent laws, and for filing any compliance documents a campaign requires. buy3 runs QC reviews and may suspend numbers, campaigns or accounts that show abuse while we investigate.

7. White-label branding

Paid agency plans may apply their own logo, palette, custom domain and login screen. You must own or have the right to use everything you upload, and you may not use white-labeling to impersonate another business or to misrepresent your relationship with buy3. White-labeling changes how the product looks to your agents; it does not make buy3 your agent, partner or employer, and these terms still apply underneath your branding.

8. Your own phone numbers

With the Inbound Calling add-on you may acquire phone numbers through buy3 and point them at your own campaigns. We acquire and hold those numbers from our carrier on your behalf: you have the exclusive right to use a number for as long as it is on your account and its charges are paid, and we will not reassign it while that is true. You are responsible for how you publish and use it, for the content of calls answered on it, and for complying with the telecommunications and consumer rules that apply where your callers are.

Each number carries a one-time and a recurring charge to your wallet, which continue while you hold it whether or not any calls arrive. If the recurring charge cannot be collected we will tell you and the number may be suspended and ultimately released. You can release a number yourself at any time; releasing it is not reversible, the carrier may reassign it to somebody else, and anyone who has the number recorded will no longer reach you on it. If the add-on ends, your lines stop answering and your numbers are retained — and charged — until you release them or the account closes.

9. Payouts and disputes

Payouts are sent by ACH, wire or PayPal to the details on your account. Where a sale, call or balance is under a genuine dispute or suspected fraud, buy3 may hold the affected amount until the dispute-resolution process concludes, and the ledger and audit log are the record both sides work from.

10. Your data

Your leads, recordings, transcripts and business records remain yours. You grant buy3 the license needed to host, process and display them to operate the platform — routing calls, transcribing recordings, verifying leads and producing your reports — and for nothing beyond that. How we handle personal data is covered by our privacy policy.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time. buy3 may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with notice where practical. On termination we settle the wallet: outstanding fees and amounts under dispute are deducted, and any remaining lawful balance is paid out through your usual payout method. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive — fees owed, liability limits, governing law — survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". buy3 does not guarantee any particular call volume, lead quality, sales results or earnings, and does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Telephony depends on carriers and networks outside our control.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, buy3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business. buy3's total liability arising out of the platform is capped at the fees you paid to buy3 in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of TODO_LEGAL: governing-law jurisdiction, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of TODO_LEGAL: governing-law jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you rights that override this.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and for significant changes we will notify account holders by email before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use buy3 after that means you accept the updated terms.
