Features
Two products, one platform, every call accounted for
buy3 is a call tracking system. Agents take live routed calls on a portal that’s free forever and agencies run rosters, campaigns and money around them. Publishers, networks and brokers route their own calls to their own buyers in a tracking workspace. Everything lands on one ledger with one audit trail.

Add-on · any tier
Your own numbers, answered by your own agents
Publish a number, point it at a line, put your people on it. Nobody is buying the caller — this is your phone, on our switch.
The rest of buy3 sells you calls: a publisher sends a caller, you pay a lead price, your agent works it. This is the other thing an agency wants a calling platform for — the number on your vans and your website, ringing your own floor. There is no publisher, no payout and no price per call.
- 1Pick the line of business it works
- 2Buy a number from the carrier
- 3Create the line
- 4Attach the number to it
- 5Add your agents
- 6Launch it
What it costs
- The add-on, $49 USD a month on top of any tier.
- Rent on every number you hold, monthly, whether a line is answering on it or not.
- The carrier's minutes on the calls you take — billed at cost plus whatever markup is set, from your agency wallet.
And nothing per call. Release a number you have finished with and its rent stops.
Numbers you own
Search the carrier by area code or pattern and buy a local, toll-free, mobile or national number from inside your console. It is yours, on your agency — not on whoever clicked buy.
Lines you build yourself
A short form: what the line is for, who pays for the minutes, how it is answered, and what a caller hears while they hold. No auction, no publisher terms, no lead price.
Your own agents on it
Pick who answers from your own roster, line by line. Nothing enrols anybody behind your back, so the roster screen is the answer rather than a suggestion.
A launch that refuses
A line goes on the air only once a number is attached and somebody is on it — and until then it tells you which of the two is missing, and links you to it.
The same call machinery
Callers queue with your own hold greeting, ring the browser phone or a mobile, and land in the same recordings, transcripts and QC review as every other call.
No lead price, ever
Nobody is selling you these callers, so there is nothing per call. You pay the add-on, each number's monthly rent, and the carrier minutes on the calls you take.
Call tracking · its own plans
Route your own calls to your own buyers
A workspace for publishers, networks and brokers. Your numbers, the buyers you sell to, a routing plan with failover, and bidding in both directions — with every call able to explain itself.
This is a separate account on a separate plan, with its own console and its own wallet — not an add-on to an agency tier. Some agency plans carry the tracking console as well, and the plan row on the pricing page says so.
- 1Buy tracking numbers
- 2Add the buyers you sell calls to
- 3Give each buyer its targets and caps
- 4Order them into a routing plan
- 5Set the campaign live
What it costs
- The plan, monthly, at your workspace’s own rate.
- Connected minutes — per started minute once a buyer answers. A call nobody answers costs nothing.
- Rent on every number you hold, plus its setup fee, shown before you buy it.
And nothing per ping, in either direction. What your buyers pay you never touches the wallet.
Tracking numbers and pools
Buy numbers from the carrier inside the console and point each at a campaign, a publisher or a pool. A pool leases one number per visitor and keeps the parameters their URL carried, so a call weeks later is still attributed to the click.
Buyers and targets
A buyer is a company you sell to; a target is one way to reach them — a phone number, a SIP address or a bidding endpoint. Caps, hours and states sit on both, so a buyer's limit holds across all of its targets.
Routing plans with failover
Order the plan by priority, by weight inside each priority tier, or highest bid first. A target that does not answer releases its slot and the next one is dialled, inside a failover budget you set.
Real-time bidding, both ways
Publishers ping you for a bid and claim it; you ping your buyers' endpoints for a price on the same call. Every ping is a ledger row with its request, response, latency and reject code — and a ping is never billed.
A waterfall on every call
Each call keeps every check it passed, every target considered with the reason it was skipped, and every dial attempt with the carrier's answer in plain words. The simulator shows you the same thing before a real caller arrives.
Tags that carry provenance
Every tag records where it came from — the visitor's page, the number, the publisher's ping, the platform or your API — so a filter can tell a claim from an observation, and nothing a query string carries overwrites a fact read off the call.
Webhooks, pixels and the API
Signed event deliveries and conversion pixels with a delivery log, automatic retries and a manual replay; a REST API with scoped keys, per-key rate limits and a log of every request. Both depend on your plan.
Books, not custody
Revenue from the buyer and payout to the publisher are recorded on each call so your margin and your reports are right. Your buyers pay you directly. The platform charges connected minutes and the rent on your numbers.
Insurance portal
The agency portal, tuned for insurance
A variant built for insurance agencies: recruits move from application through licensing and carrier appointments to the live queue, and you can see readiness the whole way.
Everything from the agency portal is here too — the live board, wallets, analytics and the white-label add-on — plus the pipeline insurance recruiting actually follows.
Readiness tracking
See at a glance which recruits are licensed, appointed and ready to take calls.
Recruiting pipeline
Move candidates from application to producing agent through a defined pipeline.
Licence (NPN) management
Track every agent's NPN and licence status in one place, before it becomes a problem.
Carrier appointments
Record which carriers each agent is appointed with, and where the paperwork stands.
Orientation
A guided orientation track that gets new hires to the phones the same way every time.
Platform & developers
The rails every portal runs on
Quality control, money movement and security are platform features, not add-ons — and the whole thing is scriptable when you want buy3 wired into your own stack.
API keys and outbound webhooks ship on the same platform your agents use, so what your integration sees is exactly what the dashboard shows.
QC call reviews
Submitted sales are reviewed against the actual recording before they pay.
Dispute resolution
A structured process for contested calls and sales, decided on the record.
Payouts
Get paid by ACH, wire or PayPal on cleared wallet balances.
Full audit log
Every sensitive action is written to an audit trail you can walk back through.
API keys
Issue and revoke scoped API keys for your own integrations.
Outbound webhooks
Push call, sale and wallet events into your systems as they happen.
Two-factor auth
2FA available on every account, for every role.
Session management
See every active session on your account and sign out a device you don't recognize.
Under the hood
Built like the dashboard you'll live in
Flat, fast and accountable — the same discipline you see on the screen runs underneath it.
Security by default
Two-factor auth for every role, plus session management — see each device signed in to your account and sign it out from anywhere.
Ledger-grade billing
Wallets run on an integer-cents, double-entry ledger. No floats, no rounding drift — every grant, charge and payout balances exactly.
Everything on the record
A full audit log backs QC reviews and dispute resolution, so decisions come from what actually happened — not from memory.
Put your next call on buy3
