Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like: you see exactly what changes before you confirm, the difference is prorated on your next invoice, and your seat count, sub-agency limit, campaign access and processing fee move to the new tier's terms right away. A downgrade that would put you over the new tier's limits tells you what to trim first.

Nobody is selling you the caller, so there is no lead price: you pay the add-on, the number's monthly rent, and the carrier minutes on the calls you take. Yes. Cancel from Plan & billing in one click — no lock-in, no cancellation fee. If you're on a paid period, access runs to the end of it. Want the money back rather than the remaining days? Any charge can be refunded in full within 14 days, no reason needed — the refund policy has the detail.

We do. You buy from TODO_LEGAL: legal entity name directly — there is no reseller in between — so our name is what appears on your statement and we issue your invoice. Stripe processes the payment on our behalf and handles the card details; buy3 never sees your card number. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax. Depending on where you are based you may owe sales tax, VAT or GST on this purchase; that is not collected at checkout and remains your responsibility. The terms set it out in full.

Nothing is deleted. Call logs, recordings, transcripts, the wallet ledger, your roster and analytics all stay put, and your agents keep their free agent portals. Reactivate the subscription and the agency portal picks up exactly where it left off.

It is how buy3 earns: a percentage of every top-up you add to a wallet — 5% on the free agent portal, 6% on Silver partner, 5% on Gold partner and 4% on Platinum partner. Each tier up pays less, so a $1,000 deposit costs $50 at the entry rate and $40 on Platinum partner. There is no per-call take on top: what your campaigns earn is yours.

it has no live board of agents on calls, its organisation is one level deep — you can bring on a sub-agency, but that agency can't recruit its own beneath it and it caps you at 15 agent seats. Gold partner and Platinum partner lift those limits.

Three things. The plan, monthly — Launch is $0 USD. Connected minutes, from 2.5¢ to 4.5¢ per connected minute depending on the plan: each started minute after a buyer answers is charged to your account's wallet, and a call no buyer answers costs nothing. And your tracking numbers: a setup fee and a monthly rent per number, shown in the console before you buy. Topping up the wallet carries your plan's deposit processing fee. What your buyers pay you, and what you pay your sub-publishers, never touches the wallet — buy3 records both on each call and holds neither.

Never for a ping — not one a sub-publisher sends you, not one you send a buyer, whatever the answer. Your own sub-publishers pinging you for a price is part of every Publisher plan. Pinging outside buyers for a price is included on the Growth and Network plans, and sold as the RTB add-on (+$79 USD/mo) on the Launch plan. The only per-call charge is connected minutes.

It lets you add outside RTB buyers: a buyer's bidding endpoint that is pinged for a live price before each call is sent, with the call routed to the best bid. $79 USD a month on top of a plan that does not include it — tick it at signup or add it later from Plan & billing. Your own sub-publishers pinging you need no add-on. If it ends, your outside RTB buyers are paused rather than deleted, and they resume when you add it again.

Not as a plan switch. They are different products with different consoles, so a publisher account is bought as its own account. Inside each product you can move between plans from Plan & billing whenever you like, and you see what changes before you confirm.

Calls stop being routed until you add funds, and those callers are lost: a call that arrives while the wallet is empty is not answered, and the campaign's fallback message or forward number is not used for it. Each one is logged with the reason, and the account owner is told at most once an hour. Routing resumes on the next call after a top-up, so keep a balance ahead of your traffic.

A sale on the pricing page is applied automatically at checkout. If you also have a code, the checkout uses whichever saves you more — never both. Your discount is fixed on the day you sign up; later price changes never touch it.
